We offer this class on Thursdays. It includes 20 minutes of sweat work; we raise your heartrate and increase your body temperature so that you are ready for the 25 minutes of flow stretching that ends the class. This is a great balance to your training!
While assisting in correcting muscular imbalances that can stem from repetitive and strenuous physical activity, we aim to improve the flexibility and functional quality of muscles, increase the range of joint movement, and speed up recovery from injuries. The techniques used are also great for releasing muscle tension, breaking down scar tissue, and eliminating chronic patterns of tension within the body.
